SEND FILES

Email: The simplest option for many customers is to send their file as an attachment in an email to their appropriate Customer Service Representative. This option is usually limited to small file sizes.

HTTP FTP: Simply follow our link to a simple browser-window option to move files from your computer to ours.

ftp.adr.biz: Customers with passwords (assigned by contacting your BookPrint CSR) can use this site to send and receive files. With most versions of *Internet Explorer you don't have to know anything about FTP protocols - just drag files from your computer to the window in Explorer. To retrieve files, just drag them out of the same folder to your own computer.

*We have not tested this feature with Safari, Netscape or other web browsers as of yet.

MyBookPrint: This service, available via our link, allows you to download an “adrbookprint” printer on your computer. Simply print your document from almost any application to the “adr bookprint” printer and the service will send the file to us through the internet and create a PDF. You will then be sent a link allowing you to view and approve or disapprove a screen-resolution soft-proof of the job, all within minutes. This feature is still in the testing phases. Consult your CSR for availability.

For the first 3 options, please create composite .ZIP files for Windows and composite .SIT files for Macintosh documents. (If you do not have zip or stuffit programs, they are available on the internet to download to your computer.) This is especially important for Macintosh files. Unstuffed Mac files (especially fonts) sent through our Windows based internet server will miss-interpret and render those files unusable.
